領高智能科技有限公司（Linko Smart Technology Limited，下稱「我們」）開發及營運 FamilyHub 流動應用程式（下稱「本應用程式」）。本私隱政策說明我們如何收集、使用、儲存及保護您的資料。使用本應用程式即表示您同意本政策所述的做法。
當您選擇登入並使用雲端同步功能時，我們會收集以下資料：

我們不會收集：您的位置（GPS）資料、通訊錄、瀏覽記錄，亦不會收集信用卡或銀行帳戶號碼。
我們不會追蹤您：我們不會將您的資料用於跨應用程式或跨網站的廣告追蹤，亦不會將您的資料出售予資料經紀或第三方廣告商。
所有資料僅用於應用程式功能本身，不會用於廣告或追蹤目的。
本應用程式使用 Google Firebase（由 Google LLC 提供）作為後端服務，包括身份驗證（Authentication）、雲端資料庫（Cloud Firestore）及檔案儲存（Cloud Storage）。您的資料儲存於 Google Cloud Platform 的伺服器上。
我們亦使用 Apple 的「Sign in with Apple」作為唯一的登入方式。
相關第三方的私隱政策：
本應用程式為協助家長 / 監護人管理家庭生活而設計。應用程式內所有與兒童相關的資料（例如「寶箱」中的相片、孩子的習慣記錄及成長資料）均由家長 / 監護人輸入及管理。本應用程式不設兒童帳戶，亦不直接向兒童收集任何資料。
所有兒童相關內容對家庭內的家長 / 監護人完全可見，本應用程式不設任何向家長隱藏的兒童私密空間。
如您認為您的孩子的資料在未經您同意下被提供，請聯絡我們，我們會盡快刪除有關資料。
我們透過 Firebase 的保安規則（Security Rules）及 HTTPS 加密傳輸保護您的資料，確保只有您的家庭成員可存取相關資料。然而，互聯網傳輸無法保證百分百安全，我們會盡商業上合理的努力保護您的資料。
我們會在您使用本應用程式期間保留您的資料。當您刪除帳戶或要求刪除資料後，我們會在合理時間內從我們的系統中移除有關資料。
我們可能會不時更新本私隱政策。更新後的版本將於本頁面公布，並更新「最後更新日期」。

Linko Smart Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates the FamilyHub mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
When you choose to sign in and use cloud sync, we collect the following:

| Other User Content | Schedules, food inventory, habit check-ins, family finance records, and other family data you enter, used for cross-device cloud sync |
We do not collect: your location (GPS) data, contacts, browsing history, credit card numbers, or bank account numbers.
We do not track you: We do not use your data for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking, and we do not sell your data to data brokers or third-party advertisers.
All data is used solely for the App's functionality and never for advertising or tracking purposes.
The App uses Google Firebase (provided by Google LLC) as its backend, including Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage. Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers.
We use Apple's "Sign in with Apple" as the sole sign-in method.
Relevant third-party privacy policies:
The App is designed to help parents / guardians manage family life. All child-related data within the App (such as photos in the "Treasure Box", children's habit records, and milestone information) is entered and managed by parents / guardians. The App does not provide child accounts and does not collect any data directly from children.
All child-related content is fully visible to the parents / guardians within the family. The App does not provide any private space for children that is hidden from parents.
If you believe your child's data has been provided without your consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We protect your data using Firebase Security Rules and HTTPS-encrypted transmission, ensuring only your family members can access the relevant data. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we make commercially reasonable efforts to protect your data.
We retain your data while you use the App. After you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove the relevant data from our systems within a reasonable period.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
